Not saving entries

Can anyone help?

I use MFP and recommend to my PT clients, but I'm having a problem with it at the moment.

It will not save my entries. I enter a food and it just disappears and resets the calories back to 0. It's the same on my iPhone and iPad. I've tried updating but it's still the same.

It's been happening for around 4/5 days now.

Please can anyone help?

    is this happening on apps?

    It might not help but I've found when apps go screwy it's best to completely shut-down the ipad or iphone and reboot - I had a problem with my fitbit that was resolved by hard closing my Ipad (eg holding down the button on the side till it shuts down)

    sometimes it fixes things for you

    If it's happening on the website - no idea though

    Yes it's the apps. I've tried everything. I thought it was just my phone but it's my iPad as well. And it's only on mine. My clients' apps are fine. It's as if it's an account related issue.

    More likely to be your ipad - did the hard close help?

    I am having the same problem too, and I am using it through the website.

    I had the same problem with my iPad.

    My fix was that after I log, I do a refresh on the app. I haven't lost a diary entry since.
