i'm not a late snack eating type since my dinners are usually around 8-9pm. I do however will snack on pop corn, dark chocolate (filled squares or not) or whatever dessert may occasionally be in the fridge...pumpkin pie, etc All within limit of course
-
i'll be doing some push ups, squats, lunges, and other various activities. Pretty much an off day though
-
Definitely, Pretty much what you described. I didn't have a double chin, I wasn't obese

 That's all

Nonsense. Bad analogy. Unless a person has an inborn error of metabolism. Terrible group of disorders, all humans have the same metabolic pathways.
-
Carbohydrates! can't eat that

I think everyone here is very interested to see how you manage to consume 1950 kcal in a day with low macronutrients in everything. Even more than that, I'd be surprised to see if you were not in a hospital after a few months too And yes, you would be starving because you don't seem to grasp there is more to food than just…
-
So, your goal is to starve slowly?

"Nutritionist" is a title that holds no value, its a title that any fraud or crook can use. However, a "Registered Dietitian" is a real expert in nutrition (sometimes use nutritionist too, but still hold the R.D next to their name). Look it up

Ah nutrition, a relatively new science and one few people truly understand. Some people know parts but rarely the big picture. The metabolic processes that occur in the human body are complex and contain so many pathways few appreciate. Carbs-important Amino acids- important Fats- important Learn about metabolism...…

I don't see any problem with that orange....I read the types of saccharides (the building blocks of carbohydrates), the location of the linkages within the carbohydrate, phytochemicals, vitamins and other essential coenzymes/cofactors, many types of glycosides commonly found in plants, enzymes necessary for the existence…

The salad is primarily carbohydrates...how much salad (no dressings) do you think you can eat to match the amount of calories in a portion of steak (protein + fat)? you said carbs are more calorie dense, so that means salad would have more calories than the steak. needless to say, thats not the case
-
Yes sir. Carbs- 4 kcal/g vs fat 9 kcal/g Fat is the most potent energy source, most calorie dense

is this a troll?

I lost about 2 pounds a week the first few months. The last two months have dropped to maybe 0.5lb a week. But i'm okay with that, i'm focused more so on strength training and measuring parts of my body with tape. I'm satisfied with my reduced body fat, time to look lean

people just don't understand the biochemistry of it. Lipogenesis, creating fat, is triggered by excess. ANYTHING can be turned into fat....Carbohydrate and yes, the amino acids from protein that you eat. Excess energy leads to fat growth. Simple

i always try to eat something for breakfast whether it be cereal, egg whites, Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or leftovers. I'm more focused and energized in the early hours when I munch on something. From the previous dinner or snack to the morning of the next, thats somewhere between 10 hours between meals for me, so…

compared to other vegetables, potatoes are very poor in nutrient density. The skin of the potato contains the majority of the nutrients, more so than the rest of the potato! A variety of vegetables and fruits come at fewer calories and more nutrients (phytochemicals, antioxidants). Potatoes do not provide much, I easily…

jesz124 is right. But if they want to deprive themselves, whatever. They'll be back again venting frustration on not being able to keep the weight off once they inevitably start eating more than a measly 1200--which is very easy to do

you should talk to a doctor. Going gluten free isn't going to cause any problems at all, but if you have health problems related to your GI tract then definitely see a physician before self diagnosing
-
if your mindset continues on this road, impatience and desire for fast results, then you will fail You need to plan for the rest of your life...not looking at 4 days, or 7 days even....but months and years. As long as you reduce what you were consuming before and add exercise, you will succeed at whatever your goals might…

Unless you have Celiac Disease, I don't see why you would bother with the hassle of a gluten free diet

I always eat about 50% of my calories as carbs, and no fad diet telling me to go heavy protein/low carb/keto/paleo etc etc etc will ever change that as for the question on hand, i love love rice. I probably eat rice 4 times a week as my go to side dish

All uncooked/unwashed foods are a risk for food borne illness. There is no reason to consume raw eggs except for increasing your risk for illness.
