I am a hair dresser and my best suggestions would be to continue taking the biotin. Do weekly sclap massages. Use either coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil and warm it just a touch then massage into scalp with fingertips, you can let this sit for a while before washing out. Also I do recommend Nioxin. I work with some…

I'm with you! I'm 5'5' with a medium frame and a large bust. My highest weight was 222, I am currently around 208 and my goal weight is 150. I can't imagine being smaller than 150, or even 150 itself but I'll see when I get there how I feel.

I want to lose weight because being fat is uncomfortable. Uncomfortable in my own skin. Uncomfortable when I'm in a changing room and I see my back fat in the mirrors. Uncomfortable when trying to enjoy something the least bit active. Uncomfortable when you get your picture taken on a day you think you look great and every…

I dont know if you have a ROSS where you live but they have great workout clothes for really good prices! I have a large chest and I can find $20 heavy duty sports bras for about $7 along with tons of yoga pants and work out tops. They also have all brands, C9(target brand) nike adidas, calvin klein..etc.

I think the fact that you picked them up is a great start! And 15lbs is a pretty good amount! Great Job!

I haven't ever been pregnant, and I'm not a doctor but I imagine working out is ok as long as you are pushing yourself too hard, maybe switch to walking/light jogging and i'd quit the weights but still maintain a healthy diet. You may even lose some weight as the beginning of the pregnancy from morning sickness and such.

I think it's lame unless you do have eczema(me) in which case it's ok on an occasion to help with skin and usually for less than 10 minutes.

I think they sound pretty good!

I have a large chest also (DDD's) and I also have eczema so my skin is real prone to rashes. I often get irritated spots between my breast or right under that area and it will be bright red and itch like no other. A friend mentioned using diaper rash cream and it helps it clear right up for me. Good Luck!

I'm curious what the reason behind you going was? It seems you already know what 'plan' you want to go with.

I like it mixed in with a salad or to dip some low fat crackers or chips in.. I can't do cottage cheese with sweet stuff or fruit, grosses me out. =)

If you're only getting 20 hours try to work 2 jobs to get caught up since you dont have children. Go on more walks. Don't buy soda. It's a waste no matter what kind it is. And encourage your husband to work if he's not. That will lift some stress off your shoulders and get you out of your situation faster
-
I usually put granola or cheerios in my yogurt for some crunch =)

There are 2 of us and we usually spend about $80-$100 a week. We buy a lot of produce and cook most meals at home however we do eat out maybe once or twice a week.
