  • i love to walk and it is my exercise of choice too...i walk very fast naturally....looking at me from a distance it looks like i am a soldier marching real fast so i guess i look really funny...but if it helps...i remember having a rocking body in my 20s and all i did was walk everywhere.... enjoy your walks...

  • large portions, sweets, pizza, pop, eating out, fast food...lots of things .... can't seem to give up peanut butter and brown bread in the morning though...it would help a lot if i could...
  • the pretty things in my closet that i could wear last year...i've gained 70 pounds or so in a year....i don't care about what is in or out...i buy clothes that i will wear for a long time....
  • i work out at home....i find i need a variety in the number of dvds i have...i get bored of the same ones all the time...so keep a collection of 20 that i juggle... good luck....i find working out at home better...i do sometimes go mall walking as i am not working right now but in the winter i work out at home only.

  • i mix it up....i mix mac and cheese with lots of vegetables and canned salmon....then break it down into four meals....i stay within my calorie limit oh and i exercise a little more if i can.... things like chips etc. i would donate ... the children will love you... good luck....:)

  • in my 20s i was complimented about my abs all the time and had not much personaity....now i have a personality and have lost my then flat abs... i'd take the personality compliment any time....abs come and go ... so many things can affect them....
