Heh could that be good too though? I've increased my bench rep weight an average of 5 lbs every two weeks for the past 4 months with my feet barely touching the ground and my incline rep.weight is equal to.my flat (205) while my shoulders look pretty big.

Prob but my back.is pretty well developed and my lats are huge I'll.get pics up after I'm done with my cut. I went to another gym yest and did some wide grip pulldowns but I still think dumbbell rows > lat pulldowns/pull ups

IMO Don't count calories burned in weightlifting - you don't burn that much imo and you'll most likely eat way more than you burned if you get hungry right after

I don't do pullups at all cuz I heard they make ur back look smaller.... BUT I can do 15 reps which increased from! 10 reps before I started lifting heavy.... all I do is rows so I think that if you're not doing them already they could help you beat any pull up plateaus

Or its cuz dumbbells are awesome - wish I focused on doing DB presses but I bought most of my stuff for barbell benching

Hmmmmmm true.... when I was nice I had few friends but they were high quality - had goals in life (my best friend in college is at a top med school and he stopped talking to me when I turned into a ****) and were nice also....

What do u guys think of keeping ur back flat on the bench but your feet not necessarily flat on the floor? Im short so I can barely put my feeet on the floor but it doesn't seem to affect my benching cuz my back never leaves the bench.

hmm - I seriously do not want to do squats - I've gotten up to squatting 225 for reps but I couldn't run for crap in terms of endurance.... 3-6 reps? Hmm... Ive been aiming for 8 - I thought 3-6 was more for power lifting...

Usually do this - no real day schedule but follow this in order: Day 1: Incline barbell Bench 195 or whatever I can do x 8-10 reps for 3 sets Flat barbell bench 195 or whatever I can do x 8-10 reps for 3 sets Closed grip flat barbell bench 141 or whatever I can do x 8-10 reps for 3 sets Dumbbell flies 40 or whatever I can…
