I always get the Flahavans Porridge, Its Irish but I believe its available in the UK. I always 40g with milk, heat it in the microwave for about 90 seconds and then add honey... yum yum!!!

Line a dish with filo pastry. Roast some butternut squash. Wilt your spinach. mash the squash with the spinach with a few added chillie flakes. put in the dish lined with the filo pastry, once cooked an optional extra is to add a few pomegranate seeds, looks and tastes yum!!

I always get fitted for the particular brand I'm buying (as all brands measure their bra's differently, as I'm sure you know). This! I think if you use Slimfast even to start with you'll end up giving up. I think slimfast is a fad! If you eat proper food you might not feel so deprived and will more than likely feel much more satisfiedl. If you want to eat more I'd go for a walk to get some more cals. When I've got events like this I try to save a few calories within the week that its falling on. I make sure I get to the gym to build up some extra cals as well. Finally, I'd eat a healthy low cal meal before going ie, a big salad, a big bowl of soup or some veggies. Then when I go I wouldn't be as hungry probably…
