Question: How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are? I am over forty, need to lose over 100 pounds but my journey is not about those numbers as much as I feel like an 80 year old. I can't walk stairs, I can's walk around the park with my kids, I can't sleep well or enjoy myself at a party without comparing…

"Feeders" as I call them are making themselves feel better by getting you to eat. Misery loves company. Suggest an alternative. Perhaps a fruit plate ot no sugar dessert than you can plan for in your calorie count.

Thanks for the success story! I am glad that i downloaded the countdown/music to my ipod. That makes a huge difference. My ultimate goal is to run the Disney 1/2 next January. Right now I couldn't run across a mall parking lot . . . but i am thinking positive.
