5'4" SW: 135 CW: 127 GW: 115 I have a smaller frame, so 115 looks better on me. I was 115 before I got pregnant with my 4th child. It has been harder to lose weight this time around. I think my hormones changed when I hit 30. :)

I started at 1200, but found that I my body did not do well at all. I have a higher metabolism, so I have to eat every 4 hours. I have set mine at 1380. I feel better now. I can sustain my lifestyle changes at the higher calorie count. For reference, I am 5'4" and 127 lbs.

Eat more lean protein and vegetables. Walk 30 minutes a day and work up to running. There's nothing like letting off some steam after a hard day! I haven't done T25, but I have friends who love it.
