    I'm a guy; however, my awesome wife is 5' 5.5" and weighs 123 currently. Her goal weight is 118-120 because she's had four kids and wants to lose the extra tummy skin. She's already in great shape... she's just trying to tone and lose that little flappage :)

    5'6 with a goal weight of 145-150. I am working on weight training too though so I am not worried about my weight as much since I will have muscle mass.

    I personally think 115 is a bit much for someone your height. When I was 128 I was too skinny. You're life, do what you want.

    She might be small-framed though. I'm at 128 and still have some junk to lose!

    SW 175 30% fat with 112 lbs of lean body mass
    CW 170
    GW 22% fat which will probably bring me to around 135-140 lbs.

    It's cool to see such ranges. I know girls my height who are easily 115 lbs. I am 112 lbs of lean body mass (organs, bones, muscles etc...) so I could never, ever be 115 lbs (I'd be dead) And at the same body fat percentage as a girl who is my height and 115 lbs, I am actually more like 135 lbs!

    It's an important note for us women who have a lot of natural muscle mass & enjoy weight lifting.

    same boat Leslie. I was 160-165 at my fighting weight and am like 30-31% fat at 176. and at 5'4.

    I had a stressful year and it lead to very bad eating habits. I gained over 15 lbs. I look and feel better under 130lbs. But the main goal is getting back to working out 3-4 times a week. I just started using my fitness pal and love all the tracking and accountability.

    I have a smaller frame, so 115 looks better on me. I was 115 before I got pregnant with my 4th child. It has been harder to lose weight this time around. I think my hormones changed when I hit 30. :)

    I set my goal weight at 125 because I was this weight consistently for 15 years. Any more I feel blah,,any less I look a little sickly.
