Hello out there! Just getting started with Myfitnesspal. I have been logging everything I eat in a journal but did not know how many calories, protein ect. that I was consuming each day. So far, 2 days in it has opened my eyes to some areas that I need to improve on, like fiber and protein. Looking to drop 20, no rush just want it off!

    Keep it up. The scariest part is being honest. It does become easier as time goes on!
