I think the juice fast is stellar for health benefits and you can lose weight but its only meant to be done for a temporary amount of time and then you have to learn how to eat properly to maintain that weight loss after the fast is over. I suggest you check out "Fat, Sick, and Nearly dead" Its a documentary about a man…

I'd check in with my doc just to make sure nothing serious is going on as far as the weight loss and dizzy spells. Otherwise, If he gives you the green light, then keep at whatever you're doing cause its working for you.

Been looking for some 30 something MFP friends. Feel free to add me too.

Feel free to add me. I'm trying to lose 70lbs. Been yo-yoing these past couple of years since I joined. It can be hard to stay motivated without some MFP friends.

Mmm... I had some today too. Problem is I can't eat just one serving. They are so addicting and I want to eat more: ohwell:

Falling behind. Had a set back last week so my week 1 and week 2 will be running together this week. Gotta amp it up:)

Not bad for the first day. Just a little winded at the end of my 60 sec jog. I am doing the treadmill version. I'm sure as days progress the workouts will get harder. Keep it up everyone. Good job!

I hate running but why not. I'll try.

Maybe you should consult with a dietician who can assess your body type and composition a help you find out what your specific carb, fat, and protein goals are for you. Everyone is different, each persons body works differently, and everyone loses weight at different rates at different times in their life. Many internal…

Absolutely, 5 lbs is completely realistic. I've been consistent for the last month with logging my food and exercise everyday and I have lost 5 lbs. You have to be consistent. You have to try your best to stick close to your calorie goals and you have to exercise. If you do that as much as possible you should see results.…

Yeah, I had a potluck last week. I brought spinach and artichoke dip from trader joes and a veggie plate of raw cruciferous vegetables. You could swap the dip for hummus.

raw veggies with TJs spinach & kale yogurt dip any low cal low fat frozen meal- I tend to stick with lean cuisine or Smart Ones but whatever is on sale will do, lol and my Blue Sky zero cal zero sugar stevia sodas

I have more than enough of both, but if I could choose it'd be less boobie and more booty.

Along with suggestions regarding diet you may need to kick up you workout routine too. Add some freehand weights 3-5 lbs and do some chair exercises with them also try some pool exercises or swimming which is always recommended for people with knee problems. You can burn a lot of cals swimming.

Donnie Whalberg, He is so kind and humble. He loves to interact with the fans.
-
Okay, I'll try this. So far I'm still on day 1. Hopefully I can make it through and stay at goal.

If your building at work has stairs climb them on your lunch break. I've even resorted to doing jumping jacks in my cubicle some days. I don't care if my coworkers think I'm crazy. Crazy trumps 70lbs overweight. You can find workout routines that can be done at your office desk online. Try a google search or YouTube.

Keep going till you get it right. As long as you have breath and determination to change it can happen. I've been trying again since I was a teenager. I'll keep trying until I reach my goal. You can do it.

I need to lose 70. Anyone in the same boat can add me.
