  • I'm vegetarian-but not for weight loss reasons. I gained weight because I was so carb-heavy in my diet.

  • I used to take the b12 pills--they were prescribed by my dr--and I could feel the food being changed into energy --really pretty cool. I can't say they increased metabolism-but they may have given me a little more energy. :flowerforyou:

  • Google Super Spices and you will find info about lots of ones that help! Two that come to mind right now are cinnamon and turmeric. Also-google Super Foods so you can eat foods that also help! :)
