This week is my D-day. I am a robust 183.2 lbs and I am ready for change. I started with a Labor Day bike ride of 15.3 miles and continued the trend of exercise with an hour of cardio/weight training this morning. I am already trying to keep the amount of food I eat down. For instance, and I am proud of myself for this, my boyfriend's mother made delicious homemade chicken and black bean enchiladas for our Labor Day dinner. I took a small portion then WAITED to get more to see if I was still hungry. Needless to say, I didn't go for seconds. It's baby steps but I think I finally do it this time. 165 lbs, here I come!
