I think i used to be a lot more possessive over my food when i was at a stage of eating whatever i wanted.. so if i bought some chocolate for myself and find someone had gotten into it before me, i'd be pisssssed! To each their own but i personally do still workout with a cold/flu.. however, i stick more to cardio work while i am sick, not sure why. It probably helps that I workout at home (home gym setup) so i don't really have to concern myself too much with making others sick while working out :) Definitely don't push yourself…

No worries! And yes i do have one :) They tend to vary on price - they can range anywhere from $30 - $600+. My one was $99, which was the 'cheapest' one in my area, and does the job (and extras) just fine! Nothing fancy, so long as it can track specifically your HR and cals burned, any are fine :)

I would stick to relying on MFP calories burned estimate BUT suggest strongly that you invest in a HRM as this is a much more accurate reading for each individual. I would also suggest, if you do decide to go by MFP calories burned, that you don't eat back all the suggested calories after your workouts as you'll find it…

Have you been having regular bowel movements? Perhaps this could be the issue? If so you may need to up your daily dietary fiber intake (should be having at least 25g of fiber daily) as this could be causing the bloating problem :) Other than that I wouldn't know 100% what else is could possibly be, sorry for the minimal…

I think once i hit under the 100kg mark (8kg away!!) i'll reward myself with new clothes.. i currently have to safety pin a lot of my clothes otherwise they'd be far too baggy on me (which is no way to show off the new figure coming through :P) So yes, new outfits for me :)

Honestly, it's all about eating clean and exercising - both of which i did religiously for the first 6 months (still do, just not as intense and on point). It's that simple! :) Portion control and watching calorie intake really do matter, as well as filling out your calories through-out the day with GOOD food choices…
