  • Try limiting your calories to 1600 and do not eat back your exercise calories. I followed the 1200 calorie meal plan when I did it and I lost 30 lbs but I had alot of weight to lose. Beta round includes more resistance so your resistance training is coming but stick it out.

  • Tracy what I do with the recipe ap is put all the ingredients in and then it asks how many servings it is and I estimate how much I usually eat. It is not an exact science but if it is a casserole I will preslice it into the serving size I chose usually then I take 1 slice. It makes it a little simpler.

  • Your calf will heal. Dont let this discourage you. You are doing great. Follow your doctors orders and give yourself time to heal. Use this time to focus on your nutrition and get that locked in. Then when you are healed you can come back hard. You can do this!
