Congrats! I HATE running/jogging since I've had asthma all my life. Being overweight didn't help the matter. I will start with brisk walking and work my way to a faster pace. Thanks for sharing your story very inspirational! :smile: :smile:

The other night as I was getting dressed after my shower, I saw mine and freaked out! I stared at them in the mirror for a good 10 mins. I don't think I had ever seen them on me! It was as if I was growing another limb or something of that sort. It was all too weird for me, but I love it!

I was told by another zumba alum that it can be logged as jazzercise. Now I'm not sure how accurate that is, but that's what I've been doing.
