I think I've broken through the plateau! It's a slow-go, but finally dropped a little this week:

I haven't been on much in the past week. This past week has been real chaotic, but things dimmed down so I am able to get back on again. I lost a pound, not much but I will take it. I also forgot what the challenge was for this week , so I didn't get around to doing that.0 -

Horrible week all around...I've been sick so I haven't exercised as much as usual and ate a bit bad...surprised I didn't gain much more! Next week will be better!

Hi everyone! I weighed -in on Friday and was disappointed that my weight went up again. I debated all week end weather I should give up as I all ways do. I decided to move forward, I will try to check in more here.

Can I join late????? I just saw this and would LOVE to participate. I havent done a challenge yet, but I need the accountability!
If I can, I weighed in on Saturday and my weight was 184.4. My goal is 1 pound a week (hopefully more, but I dont want to discourage myself) so that would be 11 weeks/11 pounds so .... 173.4!
