    I think I've broken through the plateau! It's a slow-go, but finally dropped a little this week:

  • 3/20: START WEIGHT: 180 lbs
    3/26: 178 (-2 lbs)
    4/2: 176 (-2 lbs)
    4/10: 176 (no change)
    4/17: 175 (-1 lb)

    I haven't been on much in the past week. This past week has been real chaotic, but things dimmed down so I am able to get back on again. I lost a pound, not much but I will take it. I also forgot what the challenge was for this week :embarassed: , so I didn't get around to doing that.

    Horrible week all around...I've been sick so I haven't exercised as much as usual and ate a bit bad...surprised I didn't gain much more! Next week will be better!

    I lost 3.5 pounds this week to weigh in at 203.0 this morning ! I am so happy to be so close to Onederland !
    Congrats sho barnes i am hoping to be right behind you getting into Onederland !

    Hi everyone! I weighed -in on Friday and was disappointed that my weight went up again. I debated all week end weather I should give up as I all ways do. I decided to move forward, I will try to check in more here.

    Can I join late????? I just saw this and would LOVE to participate. I havent done a challenge yet, but I need the accountability!
    If I can, I weighed in on Saturday and my weight was 184.4. My goal is 1 pound a week (hopefully more, but I dont want to discourage myself) so that would be 11 weeks/11 pounds so .... 173.4!

    I am in for sure! Starting weight is 200.5. That pesky 1 lb to onederland! LOL Might I suggest a Friday weigh in? Seems to keep me on track better for the weekend!

    bugnbeansmom you are welcome to join...we have been at this since st patty's day....you may report a weigh in anytime between thurs and mon for the week to this thread....i will add you to our list and keep you active with our group as long as you continue to post a weight...if you miss two weeks i drop you off the list and will not hunt you down for a weigh in...we have over 50 people currently on our list BUT i dropped 17 people off the list cause they missed 2 weighins in a row....
