I use a digital one and I keep it on a flat surface. I always keep it in the same place. I don't seem to have an issue.

Ive always wanted to do the weekly thing but I always cheat and weight myself earlier. I can't do it. I weight myself daily. Thinking of doing every 3 days or so.. just to not get discouraged with no weight loss in 24hours

I have pcos and I don't do carb diets. I did this once lost 20 and then gained it all back. I'm all about eating healthy and working out. No eating after 5 and always within my calorie count. Lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks so I'm pretty happy with that.

I have a hard time even meeting 1200. My fridge is full of "fat free" "low fat" "0 calories" etc food. I find a healthy substitute for everything. It cuts down your calories a lot!! That is a lot to lose in a month and a half but its possible. I lost 10 pounds in 9 days because I just worked out a lot. I would suggest working out as much as you can. Lowest I would go on the calories is 1200 as a goal. You dont want to starve yourself. I would also suggest lowering carb intake. Lots and lots of water.…

They have phone apps now to do this. I do it on my iphone in 5 sec. I dont get whats so hard about it. I also like to see where Im at and where I need to be.
