    Yep...every day, in the morning, in pj's, before breakfast or even a sip of water...three times...or more...just to be sure. :smile:

    I use the scale at work, so it is definitely with clothes on, but I do take off my shoes. :wink: My work clothes are scrubs so they might as well be PJs.

    Unofficial weigh-ins are every morring, nearly naked, third thing I do (after peeing and starting the coffee water heating). Official ones are Mondays, WW at work so fully clothed. I wear the same thing every weigh in, the other people in the group must think that's all I own!

    O0oH Boyy:: very very addicted to weighing myself... bad habit- almost everydayy in the morning ...def after using the bathroom [i'll even wait and make sure i go] b4 stepping on the scale ... normally bare or undies ... wkends are not my friend and mondays seem to hate me :: lol

    This for me too.
    Live in a shared house so good quite not to be walking around naked, stick to my boxers going to the bathroom in the morning :).
