    I do weigh daily, just to see my fluctuations, but record weight only when I lose(which is generally once a week). When I do that, I do it at the same time of day/empty belly and wearing the same clothes. I take pictures and measurements at every 10lbs lost.

    I weigh myself every morning. I know some people say its bad but it keeps me in check.
    I do measurements every 15lbs I lose to see where I'm progressing.

    I weigh every day. If I don't, I will start slipping. I don't take measurements often. Once a year maybe...lol! Maybe it is something I need to start doing, so I can read the difference. Hey! I think I'll do it now! Thanks!

    Once a fortnight or so...otherwise it is too unreliable. I can gain about 4 pounds in a day just by drinking lots of water or just after a meal. :)

    I weigh daily at the same time and under the exact same conditions, but I only log my official weigh in on Friday morning. I weigh daily and log it on a spreadsheet so that I have enough data points to see a trend over a period of time. I measure monthly.
