I do weigh daily, just to see my fluctuations, but record weight only when I lose(which is generally once a week). When I do that, I do it at the same time of day/empty belly and wearing the same clothes. I take pictures and measurements at every 10lbs lost.0

I weigh at work every Tuesday morning for our Biggest Loser competition, and again on Thursday night with my weight loss Bible study. Two places to keep me accountable seems to help me toe the line...and the money I'll win at work isn't bad, either! (Fingers crossed!!)0
