Going Under Calories...

Just a quick question, will you lose more weight if you er your full amount of calories or if you are short by about 300? I never end up eating all mine, should I start?

    I've only been on for a few weeks but I've been steadily losing and I'm eating within 100 calories of what the system tells me to eat.

    How low is your deficit to start with?

    I'm allowed 1540 calories a day but always seem to be coming short by about 400-500 calories.
  • i'm always under my calorie goal and it seems to work for me

    I try to have at least 1300 cals a day. It's not often I am under my cals but I'd recommend to at least have your recommended daily allowance x

    I dont meet my calorie count either. Its all good.
