I use a pair of Sure ear bugs my son passed on ($69). They came with five more clear soft plastic covers(I guess for different size ears). They sound great. They do not fall out, but I only walk on the treadmill.

This is a fun site. If you like journaling, it works! I have been at this since 1/1/13. More results in 6 months of this site than 47 years of lifting weights and "hoping," to get lean. Stay on it!

I jump-started my "leveling off" at -25 lbs with going more Paleo and less fruits(carbs). I started loosing again.

Thank you for sharing this. I cut out all wheat and sugar on 1/1/13. Tons of energy, plus I no longer crave "more" (bread, crackers, pasta, etc) an hour after I ate a serving. Paleo ROCKS.

I eat all of those all the time. My replacements for donuts and ice cream. It worked.

We only buy Fage. Tried a few others. Some "store brands" of Greek had sugar and whey powder in them to raise the protein content(NOT).

I lift six days a week, so I go over a little a few days a week. Protein is just expensive. It won't hurt you once and a while. I also feel better on a good Paleo week, "Great workouts." The issue was the abuse the "Gym Monsters" did in the 70s, 250-500 grams a day. I know a few in their mid-sixties with only one kidney…
