I used a scale and an online calculator, I know I'm probably am wrong about the number but I don't look less then 24%. I'm 21, and I know I'm in a healthy weight range but I have way to much fat on mmy belly to be happy with it. I lift almost everyday been doing that since the start

I am 5'3 21 years old and weight 125lbs, most of which is located on my belly. I eat between 1200-1400 a day depending on activity level. I lift weights almost everyday, and do some form of cardio for 20ish min or more also almost every day.

Hey I'm 5'3 and started at between 180-200 not quite sure, but now I'm 130 hoping to still lose 10-15 pounds

Thanks I'll try bucking down on my intake even more. I might just have a lot of water retention that cause of the heat might last extra long. I'll just keep on keeping on. Hopefully it will pass

Sadly I wish I have some excess loose skin not much but makes my belly look bad and my arms very saggy. Losing more weight would help as well as building muscles, which is my main goal. The last few pounds make a huge difference in apperiance. I do believe I am to hard on myself and should give myself a break, I know it…

I use a scale and try to find the most accurate entries in the database. My weight has been stuck for almost 4 weeks. Sadly my measurements have not budged.

Those are very lucky woman cause if I eat anywhere near to 2000 I start to gain weight.

I don't think I'm gluten sensitivite, I make seitan (wheat gluten) and eat it by the butt load and have no problem at all with it. It must be something other then gluten in bread that does not work for me. I think maybe it's just to much at once and might clog me up. Cause I'm fine if I just have a bite of a sandwich

You might have execess loose skin that can make you look bigger, or it probably because you have less muscles now then you did back then. I went through something similar two years ago, I lost a lot of weight through dieting and cardio, but gained half back. I started exercising again, but this time lifted heavy weight and…

Firm tofu has a ton of protein and so does seitan.

I usually burn about 100-200 calories during cardio and the gym, then some during weights. On days where I go for a long run or hiking and burn more then 500 cals I will eat enough to get that 100-200 that I normally burn at the gym. But most days I just go to the gym so most of the time I don't eat calories back

I am planing to slowly increase my calories as I lose weight, then I'm gonna start building real muscles cause you can't build real muscles while cutting.
-
I have a lot of energy and always feel full , I eat a lot of veggies since they are low calories. Before I started calorie counting I was only losing 2lbs a month. I know that eating more is better and when I burn more than 500 cal during exercise I eat around 1400. I'm really small and find any more calories cause me not…

I'm 141lbs , yeah I don't want to lose to much muscles that's why I lift heavy weights.
-
Thanks , I'm looking forward to summer to get out more cause other then my gym time I'm not active enough.
-
I'll try getting one soon cause once I'm done losing I want to gain muscles and its important to know exactly what you're eating. Besides over counting is there any other reasons I can't lose more then one pound a week?
-
I know right now I just don't have a food scale or the time to weigh it
-
I am happy about one pound a week I don't think I even want to lose faster
-
I don't weigh but measure, for example if I eat 1 cup of brown rice I long 1 and a half cup of MFP
-
I don't weigh but I overestimate my food. I always list it as more than less.
