    When you lose weight even if you lift weights you also lose muscles, about 20% of loss is muscles.
    Try building some muscles by eating more, then do another cutt that should get rid of any flab that's left. Your body still looks fat cause there us still fat left.

    Don't do this, you'll end your bulk and be way too fat and have to cut for months.

    Get down to 10-12% body fat now and start lifting now if you haven't already. Make sure you get about 1g of protein per pound of body weight per day.

    You look about 18-20% BF, you should be another 15 pounds to get to your goal.
