Great job & very inspiring! What is the website that you're talking about? "I also found a bodybuilding site and I plugged in my stats. I clicked on a picture of the healthy body type that I could only dream about. Well, it told me that it would take me 120 weeks to look like that girl."

^^ Day 2 was my hardest becuase I was so sore! Hang in there! Day 3 gets easier & you're not as sore.

I'm on Day 8-Level 1. Keep at it because everyday you can literally feel your body getting stronger. I can see my arms getting definition which is so cool to to me! I'm actually ready to move on to level 2 but scared at the same time because everyone says that's the hardest! I log it into my exercise under circuit…

Yes, you can see a difference & you are doing great! This losing weight/getting fit thing is such a slow process & it's a daily struggle for me. Hang in there cause your results are showing!!

Awesome job! You look fantastic!!

OMGosh, you look awesome! I am on day 6-level 1 & I hope I have great results like you! My stomach looks just like yours in the before starting picture (thank you to my 2 c-sections) so I hope it shows great results too.

Hi, I just bought some ground chia seeds Saturday. The package says: after opening, store in refrigerator for up to 6 months.

I just finished Day 5 of Level 1. On Day 1, I thought I was never going to get through it. Now, this morning, on Day 5, I can actually keep up & do everything. I can feel my body get stronger! I'm sure Level 2 & Level 3 are gonna kick my butt though!!

This is a daily struggle with me. Ok, more like hourly, I should say. Like some others said, take it one day/hour at a time. Some days, I do really bad and give in & eat a candybar/Debbie cake/whatever but then, like yesterday, I did great. So I have to congratulate myself on that small victory of controlling my cravings.…

i'm starting today and will be using a heart rate monitor if anyone wants a semi accurate idea of how many calories the workouts burn! ^^WIll you post what your hrm says please?

It's a DVD or you can get it on youtube free. Glad the person above has survived to level 3...guess there's hope for me then! ;)

I am doing it now. I did day 3 yesterday so will do day 4 today. Day 1 & Day 2 about did me in and I was so sore! But by yesterday midday, my body wasn't hurting as much and day 3 seemed easier yesterday evening when I did it. I actually could do all of the pushups (modified, of course) and did all of the jumping jacks. On…

It doesn't hurt my knees & my right knee tends to bother me off & on so I'm glad for that. I did start out only a few minutes at a time & worked up to 15 minutes during the 1st week of using it. But like the others said, you do have to keep your feet flat & let your weight go back into your heels. Also, I have the same…

I started on Day 1 yesterday. It wasn't too bad while I was actually doing it but by last night, I could already feel my body getting sore. And this morning, yes, it hurts to get off the toilet! haha But I'm not too sore not to do Day 2 today so I'm going to push myself & do it. Your pictures have motivated me so much! I'm…

AWESOME job! You look fabulous!!!

You all are so inspirational! I've started tons of times exercising & watching what I eat & for the first 2 weeks I do great. Then, on that 3rd week, I start getting slack & then by the 4th week, I'm done & back to how I was before-not exercising & getting reaquainted with my friend Little Debbie!! This has been a cycle…

My eliptical machine calorie calculations & MFP are total different. MFP always seems to be about 150-200 MORE than what my eliptical shows. So, what I do is just take it somewhere in the middle of the two & that's what I log into MFP. A friend has a heart rate monitor and I believe that is the most accurate but until I…

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after I had my son 11 years ago. I've been on the generic Synthroid for a few years now & assumed that is was the same. It makes me wonder now since you say that. So, next month, I plan on asking for Synthroid instead of generic. Hopefully, it will help me more! Thank you for all of the…
