69 (now, don't laugh!) lbs down (with pics)

In March 2012, I looked like this. Somewhere GREATER than 93kg... Yikes. I got a shock at the doctors and after a day or two of crying, having had this site recommended to me, I took the plunge, and I am so, so happy that I did. I still have toning to do, but I'm so much healthier and fitter.

And this is me in mid June 2012, when I decided it was time to do something about it. ~90kg. I was cutting my calories down to less than 1,200 (I started off obese) and swimming 50 lengths of the pool every day (took me about 1 hour).

And this is me now, having hit my original goal of 65kg. I continued to cut down calories, though gradually to a lesser extent, and alternated swimming for an hour+ with strength training at the gym (the last month), running/cycling/rowing at the gym, water aerobics, re-enactment combat training (3 hour sessions twice a week) and lots and lots of walking whenever it wasn't so wet I needed to take the bus (40 odd mins to get into town at a decent pace).
