Thank you!!! I just decreased calories, quit drinking regular soda, started drinking coffee and I do yoga on a daily basis. My waist has always been an easy fix for me, it's my thighs that kill me! I have very thick legs.0 -
I am 5'6" and have lost about 85lbs. 245-160ish. Been maintaining/flucuating for awhile now.. my collages never seem to show fully!
245lbs - 18 pants 2/3x tops
160 - 8 pants (some 6 or 10), small/medium tops0 -

Hopefully this will work
212lbs to 165lb and hopefully still moving down!
Great Job!! Good for you..if you don't mind me asking, what did you do for exercise?
Sorry for the really late reply!! For exercise in the first 4-5 months i gradually went from walking around my neighborhood about 2-3 times a week to about 5-6 times a week and also went from 15-20 min to 30min-1.5hours in addition to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and ripped in 30. I just joined a gym probably a month ago? and i go there about 6-7 times a week and i used to do 30-45 min of cardio and then about an hour of weights and 'floor' exercises like leg lifts and lunges, i have also(just this week) started walking/jogging to the gym(1.8 miles one way so 3.6 total miles) and then doing the weights and 'floor' exercises when i get there. I recently took a break from MFP(a couple of weeks) due to a plateau i hit but i am now back!(starting tomorrow!) So feel free to message me or post on here any further questions/advice i could give yougood luck to all on your weight loss journeys!

You are a great example of how walking is a great way to lose weight and can be a wonderful start to an exercise regime! Way to go!0 -
5'5.5 down 61lbs. Started at 210 and was 149 as of last weigh-in. Has taken me just over a year. Focusing on toning up all that jiggles now0

Yay for all the 5 ft 6 rock stars! My first goal is 50 lbs. I'm down 16 lbs since February 13th. You guys are great motivation!0

This was from last year. I've been plateaued for most of 2012 and 2013, but here's one from the end of 2012 when we went to Disneyworld.0 -

I haven't lost 30-50lbs but I just wanted to post my results to show you don't always need to lose that much weight in order to have success. In 90 days, I've reduced my BF% from 32% to 23% with a 15lb loss going from 181.5lbs to 166.5lbs. Instead of wearing US Size 12/13 pants, I now wear a Size 6....
