I used to run up and down the stairs when my treadmill broke i just used to do it so id of ran up and down so many times so like 50 and see how long that took me and went on from there to build it up til i was doing at least half an hour

im not sure whether its true or false as what works for one might not neccessairly wrk for another, my friend does intermit fasting and she likes it and seems to work for her, i was told that every so many weeks to have a week of eating at maintanence and then go back to the 20% off maybe try that hun ive not tried it yet…

I use a hrm when i use mine and for a 20 minute session it records around 215 cals lol i wish i could burn 1200cals in a session though haha i usually do a 50 min session and that burns around 500 so 100 for 10 minutes

When i started using kettlebells i started with an 3kg then went up to 4.5kg and now currently on 6kg id prob suggest for a beginner going with 4.5 to 5kg because its the form that is key once you have proper form then id move up with the weight

I would up your workout sessions from 30mins a day to an hour, and also add inn strength training i mix it i do 3 days cardio and 3 days strength training, and alternate so each day is different. Also work out your tdee and bmr if you havent done so already to make sure your having the right amount of calories. Then just…

Aww this has just put my mind at ease i was thinking a tummy tuck was the only option mine is only a lil bulge left again just above my scar but im working in getting rid of it completely and hoping using my kettlebells will hopefully do the job :-)
