I totally do this! My favs to do it with are Butterfinger and Reeses cups...It's not as messy as you would think. I also eat the outside of any sandwich or burger and then eat the middle...It always has the most filling and tastes best, so I save it for last! I also do the small spoon thing...the smallre the spoon the…

When you roast them make sure to dry them well first. olive oil, salt, garlic and paprika YUMMM! I make my hummus with chick peas, lemon, garlic, tahina, and you can add other things to taste like sun dried tomato, roasted peppers, or calamata olives. There is also a seasoning that a friend of mine brings me from Israel…

I have these same symptoms! Glad to hear I'm not the only one. I'm going to try these stretches. Thanks for posting!

ICE CREAM (and anything dairy except for cheese)...Everyone thinks I'm nuts, but I absolutly hate how my throat feels after I eat it!

It sounds like it's time to get a lawyer. If the CS is court ordered and he isn't paying it, doesn't that make him in comptempt? In RI if you don't make your payments your license gets suspended, and if you continue after that you get arrested. You should deff get hooked up with the local child support enforcement office.

I HATE it also, but only raw. If cooked into rice or with meat it is alright. Even then it should be used in moderation! I hate how Chipotle's rice has raw cilantro in it, and you can't get just regular rice in your burrito bowl!

I have a couple of beauties from my MIL..."I don't know why you are so fat you barely eat." and my favorite "You shouldn't get pregnant until you lose weight, your too fat to get pregnant" I was pregnant with twins!

I went back and read some of the posts and am hearing a lot of, "My parents made me and I'm fine". Just because your parents did it and you are fine doesn't mean it is right! Forcing kids to eat certain foods, or making them sit at the table until they eat fosters a difficult relationship with food. That is the last thing…

My situation is somewhat different because my son has Autism which often comes with food aversions, but we never force any of our childlren (we have 4) to eat anything. As others have posted, it can take up to 20 times offering a food before a child will try it. I try to make sure each dinner has at least something…

You aren't the only one!! I went to a wedding and thought I was going to be WAY over, but even with a few drinks and the champagne toast I wasn't too far off my mark...Of course that included the dancing we were doing! Viewing food in a different way is huge! Good for you!

GO JULIE!!! I love having to pull my jeans up because I have lost some weight!! My MIL noticed last week that I had to and said that I was looking thinner! FEELS SO GOOD!

How does that work for a job? Also, what if you just want space for a little bit? I love my hubby, but I also enjoy my girl's nights out with my friends, as he does his boy's nights out. You have to trust that the person you are with is going to make good decisions, if not should you really be together? Just read you…

I'm so glad we have all shared or at least look forward to sharing this NSV! I thought about the tying the string/yarn thing. I put my band from my original set in front of the big one so it wouldn't fall off...I do like the idea of haivng another upgrade!! HMMMM maybe I should give you Hubby's email! LOL

I agree with the general ideas of most of the posters. I have restricted my intake of the foods that I used to eat but havn't totally eliminated. I do still have to occasional Mt. Dew, because I love it. I have found it hard to do any take out like Chinese, Taco Bell, and especially Red Robbin. There just isn't any way to…

My kiddo is on Adderoll also, but we aren't worried about him not eating...He's a big kid! Have you tried getting a good breakfast into her before she takes her meds? I'm thinking eggs, whole weat toast, and fruit...Also she will probably be hungry when she crashes. Is she on XR or does she take a second dose at school?…

IDK what other people think of them, but I like the Fiber One Chewy bars. I also like to go the fresh fruit rout mentioned earlier.

I love cheese yellow, white, blue and any other color out there!!!

I think everyone's experience with Paraguard is different. I have had it for about 11 months (since 2 months after my daughter was born) At my 1 month check up I was 10 lbs under my prepregnancy weight, two months after paraguard I had gained 20 lbs. My diet hadn't changed though. I also have has some of the worst TOMs,…

Hi! So I'm not exactly Spanish, but my Hubby is Donimican. When we got together I sat in his Mom's kitchen and learned how to make all the dishes he (and I) like. I now make a better Moro de guandules than she does LOL! My son considers arroz blanco, huevos revoltiados y kechu his "comfort food". Since one of your fav…

You could try to plan your day ahead of time...You can't uneat calories, but you can earn extra calories with exercise if you know what to expect.

Agreed! LOVE it...Can I steal?...I have a few ppl I want to use that one on!

Not to scare you off an IUD, but look into the one you are getting first. I have Paraguard which is hormone free. I got it for the express reason that I had gained weight on other methods. I had my fourth child last year and actually lost 10 pounds from having her. I was so happy to be 10 lbs lighter than my pre preganancy…

I'm pretty new to the whole calorie counting stuff, but here's what I think... I like to call them treat meals! I'm working hard to stay within my numbers, so why not have a treat once in a while. I do go walking or some other physical activity to balance out the treat. I also try to make the treat fit into my numbers as…
