i think Tupperware is cheaper than that at WalMart..???

as you walk/run more, this speed will become your walk speed, not your run speed, so it varies...really, this is a valid complaint?

Then don't just stay for January, show up several times a week now until Dec 31st, then you will be a 'usual'. Honestly, there are no many newbies, no one will remember you. But once you keep going, you'll be seen as a 'usual'

possibly weather related...if you are in the north...the temps are very low for running and your lungs will burn from the cold

20lb weighted vest

Agree with the above... The reason you were moody was because you weren't eating enough and then you get irritable and a pain in the *kitten* to deal with...I'm like this as well. How tall are you? 128lb is really low for a guy. To put on mass, you need to eat in a excess, but try to focus on healthy options so you don't…

they've proven the idea that ANYTHING you eat after 9pm (for example) is a myth. as long as you stay in your defeict for the day, you won't gain weight nor will the bowl of cereal you eat at midnight magically turn into fat
-
But that would make sense....lol

sounds like you are mostly a Vegan now....
-
you are using as a quick fix to try to fix all your medical issues....this will not do that. You still will have all the conditions and now you will be tired as hell from the surgery and in a bunch of pain. You are not that over-weight. People are far heavier than you and lost it on their own. You just need to step back…

That's going to require a lot of milk too! Eat a container of peanut butter - 3,000 cals or so.
This is my dream.
Maybe one day this winter you and I'll will sit down and have a contest to see who can eat the most peanut butter- although- lord- a day later that won't go well for me LMAO. Because honestly-…

No. Too late. Go tan for the next 2 weeks, being tan always makes people look better....even if you don't have the muscles

Day 1: how I hurt myself seriously in the gym...

yeppers...I either cut up a bag or unthawed frozen chicken and marinade it for a few hours or cook it with some Mrs Dash spices on. I find that marinating keep more moisture locked in. I cook mine on George Foreman or bake in oven...

use a heavier ball and start doing other ab exercises. Crunches, sit ups, hanging leg raises, etc

I'm on my 2nd one...This one has a temp gauge...love it. Wish I had one with removable plates, cleaning is a b---h

Yup. I do knuckles out right now, but a lot of heavier lifters do one in, one out. It's all about personal preference I guess. Biggest thing with deadlifting is making sure you keep the back as straight as possible and try not to bend it or you can really mess it up. Start lighter until for get the form right.

-It sucks, it really sucks, did I mention it will suck. -You will think about quitting a few times, then you see someone order than you, and you think, oh *kitten*, I need to keep going. -take the day after off from work -marathon 7 will be just as hard as marathon 1 (if you are pushing for a PR) -you will be inspired,…

I did Marine Corps Marathon on Sunday....7th marathon. 2nd time for that course.

Marine Corps Marathon 10/26/14 - 4:02:46. Definitely not my best, but had some issues. Still this is an AMAZING race to run, highly recommended!
-
depends...is your past PR on a flat course and no wind resistance, hills, factors that would slow you down...treadmill has no limits except incline and heat of the gym
-
Before - 265lbs Current - about 175lbs I've never put any shirtless pics up, but I am carving out that 6-pack, so what the hell!

Everyone was either YES, great idea .... or NO, belts are stupid and you need a tighter core...what a surprise...lol To answer some questions: I've hit 315 in squats x 8. Dead-lifts I'm just starting into more since my back was weak and I wanted to strengthen it in other ways first. I don't have a super tight core, but my…

This is the original article i looked at
You gotta pay attention to what your strength coach tells you....he looks like he knows what he's doing..... To the OP: Try this: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/lessons-in-weight-belts-how-and-why-to-use-them.html
everyone is different. I would never tell anyone to try to 4:00 for their first, because whether you know it or not, most people get the **** kicked out of them their first marathon. I did as well as many of my other runner friends. Most will agree. Start your first mile at least about 1min/mile slower than what you want…

Ditto. You can't have someone prepare your foods forever...this is you, all you. No one else.
-
Hooray for fanny packs - and you are hot!
-
LMAO

If you're just walking, you could go outside, I understand it's hot. But if you're not running, it's quite easy to carry water. There are also like 100 benefits to walking outside too.
