I'm starting today! If you have the three (3) videos (30 day shred, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism) you just follow the schedule listed. I've heard it's supposed to have some great results, but I can only find a few people who have actually completed it! :)

You were right! Level 3 is definitely INTENSE. I feel like I worked out quite a bit more than Level 2. I'm guessing there will be some body changes after Level 3!!!

I swear that drinking enough water is one of my hardest obstacles! I'm going to have to resort to setting a timer and chugging down some aqua......just kidding.....kinda :)

I read on a different 30 Day Shred thread on MFP that on a podcast she states that it should really be SHRED SHRED CARDIO SHRED SHRED CARDIO REST. I'm doing it the full 30 days through though.

I'm totally in too!!! I'm starting Day 4 Level 1 tonight! It's definitely getting easier now!!! I keep hearing Level 2 is a MONSTER!!

Are you doing it every day through the whole series or Shred Shred Cardio Shred Shred Cardio Rest or something else? I'm just finished day 2 today. I was doing Slim in 6 for 3 days a week then I felt like I needed something else to try. I'm really liking the Shred. Are you adding other workouts to your week as well?
