What I like about them is they have way better protein ratios than a kind or Luna bar. The Kind bar I've bought before had like, 5 grams of protein, and the Luna had 10 grams for 180 calories. This doesn't even make sense. Ice cream isn't meant to be a dinner, it's meant to be a dessert or a little snack. Of course if you replace your meal with a dessert, you're going to end up being hungry. Just you know, common sense. Also, Ice cream is totally real food, how in the world is it not real?

It also helps to flush sodium out of your system which can sometimes mask weight loss. So yeah, I think it does help. I've found it very helpful to get in 64-100oz of water a day, but it's not the one and only thing I drink.

Yeah, I think this is what is screwing me up. I use the fitbit database to log my driving time and I find that works okay in terms of calories. Kind bars are so good, but for the amount of calories they have, they simply do not have enough protein for me. I go for Quest bars instead. But I keep seeing Kind bars being referred to as protein bars when they have very little protein in them.
