Hi, I'm a mum of 10 months old and really need support to get back on track. Lost 60 pound with mfp before and want to do it again x add me
-
I need support. I have been here for a while. Need some new friends to help me to go through this:)
-
I don't eat my calories back. However when i have a days where I burn around 2000 calories I treat myself with an extra snack or even meal. Still healthy but without this I would probably starve:)
-
Add me:) I'm here to support :)
-
My family is not very supportive so I'm doing much better without them:) I only hear from them how terrible I look how fat I am and when last time I lost weight no one said I look great except my mfp friends:) my mum started by saying I'm too thin and look terrible once again and I was 128lbs so I definitely wasn't too…
-
I'm starting tomorrow... Jillian here I come...again:) good luck everyone
-
SW- 175lbs CW- 140lbs GW- 120lbs Would be great to reach the goal by Easter but will be happy with 15 pounds as well
-
As I know 148 lbs is almost 67kg 120lbs is 54.5 kg 110lbs is around 50 kg

I eat porridge everyday. My two favourites: Apple and cinnamon flavoured 30g of Quaker 100% whole grain rolled oats 1 apple 100ml -150ml milk (either almond milk or organic whole milk, how much depends on how juicy apple I've got) Cinnamon (I add quite a lot because I love it but it depends on you) Cocoa and coconut…
-
Can I still join? My goal would be 200 miles but I started 7th of January so it is probably too challenging. I will be happy with around 180 miles though. So far 1/07 - 12 miles 1/08 - 10.5 miles 1/09 - 12 miles

Yeah but women need more than 100%. We need about 27mg per day. I take an iron supplement now as I'm a vegetarian and it's quite difficult for me to get enough of it. Tried to give blood lately but because of my iron level I couldn't again.
-
Oh noooo... I forgot about coffee which is just my MUST HAVE in the morning not because it wakes me up but because I love it

Porridge: 30g of whole grain Quaker oats 1 Apple 100 ml of whole organic milk (Apple was pretty juicy itself so didn't need more milk) Cinnamon One of my two favourite breakfasts:)

I reckon that was -21C. Two years ago. Took me about 40 minutes to warm myself up. My hands were completely frozen after the run and I wasn't able to open the door (couldn't move my fingers). I was just starting my running journey and learnt my lesson (got the gloves later that day). Still like running in very cold weather…

What I like about graze snack boxes is that you can choose what you don't want to eat. I'm a vegetarian and really fussy eater so I binned 70% of the snacks and now getting only my favourites and healthiest ones.
