I am overweight. I need to shed at least 100 lbs. I love myself but I don't love this weight. I need an accountability partner. A fitness friend. And I will be the same for someone.0

I've injured my knee ( patellofemoral) and I haven't been able to do my usual thai boxing in around 6 weeks. I'm eating poorly and I can't seem to stop myself. My pants are feeling tight and I'm feeling down. All I can do is physio stuff. I'm worried my knee will be forever unstable. I was doing so well beforehand, especially as I'm 39. sorry for the whinge.0

Oh my gosh! It's so much easier to do this when I can see that other people are right there with me. I've done MFP in the past, but never with community support. Perhaps I could have been more successful with others backing me up!0
