  • Hello Jordyn! I admire you for taking charge of your life. I see many of my patients in denial, and their health worsens over time. Good for you for leaping forward into health. :) Please feel free to add me!
  • Welcome back. :) I vanished for awhile, too. Feel free to add me! I try to log on every day :)
  • Hi! I'm not a parent, but I work fulltime and am working on my Masters fulltime, too! Please feel free to add me. :)
  • I'm so sorry to hear of your injury! Sending healing thoughts. Please feel free to add me; I've also been mindlessly snacking over the past few months and have paid the price. :) Back on a mostly-healthy vegetarian diet and trying to get some exercise in.
  • Hi Maddie. I feel you, I do. My younger sister passed away three weeks ago from a long war with cancer. My focus on myself disappeared during that time (and for the past year, actually), and I still have a hard time. My weight skyrocketed and everything else seemed to fall apart - my schoolwork took a backseat, my house is…
  • Hello there! :) I'm 5'6-5'7" depending on the time of day and who's measuring, and now 177.6. My highest was around 220 many years ago. I would also like to shoot for around 30-40 pounds. I'm sending over a friend request. :) Sounds like you have a fantastic plan so far.
  • About to turn 39, please feel free to add me, too. :)
  • Really good to see you :) Stay strong. Sending you love.
  • I'm so very proud of you. Determination shines through in your story.
  • Hi! I work full-time (3 12-hour shifts) and am planning on returning to school in the next year or two. I have a hard time on my days off with staying away from the sweets and butter. Oh, butter. Great to meet you! ETA: I have about 30 to lose.
  • You look incredible! I have the same goal, fit by 40... which is next year. Yikes. lol :) Great job!
  • I've also been a member for about a year but fell way off :) Friend request sent, and it's a pleasure to meet you :)
  • I'm in the same boat. My boyfriend of 6+ years buys all kinds of crap for himself and doesn't seem to want to change, while I'm working hard to lose the weight I've put on in the last several years. I gained over 40 while he's gained about 100. It's hard and very frustrating. I try to gently encourage him to drink water…
  • Hi! Add me, too... I love the motivation and encouragement we have here. :)

  • I mix in chopped kalamata olives, reduced fat feta, and fresh rosemary.
  • Protein powder 1/2 cup cottage cheese (got this idea from the famous Cake Batter recipe) 1 TBL cocoa powder 1 tsp Splenda Splash of coffee 1 cup vanilla almond milk Chocolatey goodness. :)
  • Many, many hugs for you. I also found out that I had lost my pregnancy at about 13 weeks. It was heartbreaking, and I still have sad moments about that 12 years later. May I gently suggest that you let your body heal from this loss, and your surgery, before trying to become pregnant again? Your hormones are all over the…
  • Hi, Jeff. I'm also getting back on track, slowly. I'll be taking it one step at a time, literally! Please feel free to add me, and let's cheer each other on. We've both been healthy before, and remember how amazing it was. Good to meet you. :)
  • I'll go with 30 pounds. ;) Good to meet you! I'll send you a request. I'm back, too.
  • "Short-term" goal: 155 UGW: Between 135-145. When I was in shape, I hovered around 140 and felt great. When I got out of boot camp, I was 127 pounds and looked way too thin. I tend to carry all of my weight around my bottom half, so my face and upper body look incredibly skinny in comparison. Not a great look. lol

  • Meeeeeeeee! Me me me me me lol. I occasionally will have a bite of cookie or something, but have been gluten/sugar-free for a little over a month. I feel SO! MUCH! BETTER! :) I will not get into the migraines and gastrointestinal distress stories here. ;-) Add me, if you like!
