My first goal will be to get below 140lbs. I have learnt to give myself small goals to aim for, this way I'm less likely to sabotage myself. By the end of January I would like to be around 135 and 130 end of February. I had been actively using MFP for the last 2 years. I have lost and gained and lost again, but I think I…

Thank you so much for sharing. I really need to stop thinking I'm repulsive. I've been stuck at the same weight for the past year after successful losing 30 lbs. I will try to think better of myself and then I might be able to shift the last 30 lbs. today is a new day and today I have made good choices. X

I try not to use oil whilst cooking so I tend to mix up a small piece of stock (I use low salt stock cubes) with a small amount of boiling water and chuck it all into a pan. I have this as a side vegetable or I'll add cooked brown rice and have it as a main…

Sounds like you're doing brilliantly. I'm pregnant too, just entering my second month. I had gestational diabetes in my last pregnancy so I know I have to watch what I eat as I'll probably get it again. I think you're doing great, it's important to be healthy during pregnancy. I'm overweight too and don't want to…
