Hi, guys!
I thought I would share my progress from a little less than a year of tracking on MFP! I am 5'6" and started out at 220 lbs roughly and now I'm sitting at around 140 lbs!

    Congrats!!! ;)

    I have almost the same numbers and I need to change it NOW!!!! What was your first adjustment? Food? Exercise? Did you had a personal trainer?
