I checked out this calculator and this is what it gave me for my age/sex/height/weight, etc. for fat loss. I understand that I would still be eating my recommended calories for the week but the calorie cycling supposedly "tricks" the body by constantly changing daily calories. Mine is 25.6 from what I can figure. Hoping to get down to at least 21 like I once was. I'm a 49 yr. old female. Found this info on the site that did my calculation - Underweight = <18.5 Normal weight = 18.5–24.9 Overweight = 25–29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Bumping this old thread to see if anyone who is active on MFP now has a severe Vitamin D deficiency? I got last week's bloodwork results today and my doctor prescribed 50,000 IU a week. I know have read some information out there saying that it can help with weight loss, energy levels and muscle spasms. Anybody? Thanks!

I use a spray bottle whenever my dog is barking (at nothing) or if my two cats are mixing it up. First I shout "focus", nobody listens, so I squirt. I call it "focus spray". To keep my dog off the furniture I stand the cushions upright which does work for the most part, Sometimes I do come home from work and find her lying…

^^ this drinking daily part goes for me too, plus a food scale is my best friend. I also find that prepping my meals in advance helps a lot so I don't grab just any old thing if I'm in a rush.

7 or 8 is the latest that I'll have my evening snack. After that, it's water, water, water, water then bed. After I get to sleep, it's bathroom, bathroom, bathroom, bathroom!

I like to play it safe and weigh EVERYTHING! Otherwise I would obsess about it!

I'm shooting for another 10-15 lbs. I mess up a lot on weekends and don't always log 100%. Plus I have that Cabernet obsession :blushing:
