Everyone loves the Quest Bars but I couldn't even finish one, that's how gross I found them. I'm a fan of the Simply Bar. They're natural, ( vegan, gluten free too if you care about that) and no chemicals at all.

It's the first thing that went away on my body. I guess it's different for everyone.

I don't consider my Vibrams a gadget. They're my hiking/lifting shoes. ( I use some Nike free 3.0 for my running and Zumba) I have a polar HRM I use an interval timer app for biking C25K app for running BeyondPod app to manage the podcasts I listen to while working out.

I do not advocate being fat as a lifestyle but as someone who spent my entire life being fat I can't say that everything on that site comes out as crazy. Some of it makes a lot of sense. You are treated very differently as a fat person. It took me over 15 years to wrap my mind around the fact that you do not need to hate…

Yes. It's frustrating at times. I know that ultimately it doesn't matter but I always feel like I'm doing something wrong when I see people on the boards dropping 100 lbs in less than a year where it took me 13 months to lose 56.
-
Your answer is in your post.. .You're eating under 1200 calories. That's your problem. Plus you don't seem to have a lot to lose so 1-2 lbs a week is not realistic, with 15 lbs to lose your goal should be around half a pound a week,

Not really.... Want a cookie?

That seems rather excessive. I work out 5-6 days a week for 30-100 min.

That's not a new Barbie... That was a doll made as an experiment by a university for a doll representation of the average American woman. Don't post stuff on the internet without checking it first....

Why are you on MFP then? This is not a site for mumbo jumbo diets.
