O noticed the more sugar I eat the more I crave for MORE MORE MORE! Id reccommend staying far away from sugars.

Myfitnesspal already calculates how many calories you can eat a day and still lose 1 to 2 lbs a week depending on what you chose in your preferences. Id just follow that.

If you try to refuse yourself the stuff you like you are going to fail. Bad foods in moderation are fine. Thats the whole reason of counting cals is if u want something special you gotta leave room for it. :-) Have it.

Have you tried having a 2000 cal day to maybe give you a jumpstart? Perhaps your body has gone into starvation mode? With me I have to mix my cals up a bit to keep the lbs moving. I used to feel the same way, but now I walk in there head high and totally oblivious. I found wearing head phones help zone out others. You gotta woman up bite the bullet. Every time you do it it gets a little easier.

I worked my way up the McDonalds Ladder to Manager and than became a live in nanny. Much less stress, but also less active!

I log anything with calories I dont usually log a lil seasoning salt, or crystal light, or sugar free gum. I consider crystal light water.

I plan to be an active participant on this site to stay motivated and goal oriented and at the gym daily. I am trying to make it a habit. Watch my portions and enjoy doing it rather than forcing myself to hard too fast.

Well if you want to lose it my suggestion is to add alot of friends and constantly be active in this site. Posting, replying to messages in your groups you join and staying focused on your goal. Dont let temptation get the best of you.

I have major issues with ups and downs too. This website is awesome because you can log your food or just scan the bar code on your phone. Plus when you log exercise it recalculates your permited calories. If you want any help send me a message.
