Fear is the first word that caught my eye. Deal with the fear, and you will do fine. A counselor may or may not help with this. Depends on your counselor. "It's none of your business what someone else thinks or says about you."

wow! that's an accomplishment, to lose it twice before. Maintaining is a journey all in itself. I have found MFP to be extremely helpful and easy to use. The community and databases are a godsend! I wish you well on your journey! :smile:

I love this question...if they are just passing through, I just try to be polite. If they are staying for a time, or if I am wanting them to, then humbleness, curiousity, honesty, integrity, and commonality, oh, and intelligence (or at least a willingness to learn..back to the humbleness and curiosity) :happy:

that is a good quesiton! I am not at goal yet, but getting close. I am surprised how much more pleasant I am to be around. And also, I realized I was kind of emotionally tied to my extra weight. I am still processing that.
