Btw, when I initially started losing weight I used Healthwage to motivate me. I wagered $150 that I could lose 10% of my body weight within 6 mos. I did and doubled my money, which was a pretty sweet deal. I now wish I had wagered more on a greater % because I've lost 120 lbs in the past year which is considerably more…

I celebrated my one year anniversary of logging daily and losing 120 lbs to date by buying myself 3 new SIZE L Carhart shirts yesterday. Not 4X, 3X,, 2X or XL, Large. Did I say LARGE?

I liken the weight swings to a baseball players average. If he hits .300 on average throughout his career, some months he may be at .250 and others at .350. However, it it goes back to average and just doing what he normally does.

No, I drive truck and am on the road a few days a week and I'm not going to pay 25 cents every morning to weigh myself at some truck stop bathroom! :-)

I can't offer any advice. I've lost 106 lbs in 310 days here on MFP, logging every single day. I just find it's not that difficult of a thing to and it certainly hasn't been "bad" for me.
