Congratulations to all of you! Inspiring thread!
For me, I'm thrilled to not spend every minute pulling at my clinging tops because they show every mid-section lump. My tops don't cling any more and I feel great!
Also, I have not completely given up my summer morning exercise/healthy living routine, which I was afraid would happen when I went on vacation and then the academic year began. Beating old bad habits and replacing them with a healthy me!

I ran my first under 10 minute mile this week, and I've been able to keep my time fairly consistent every run since.0

I made it through my first week of Insanity....haven't missed a workout so that's my weekly NSV.
My Friday NSV is that I'm actually looking forward to my workouts tonight and over the weekend. I've already pre-planned when I'm working out to make sure I don't run out of time
Great NSV's everyone!0 -
Nearly lost my trousers running to my car yesterday! These are the trousers I borrowed from my mum when I started this job because I was too fat for the trousers I owned.... I guess she can have them back now!
Woo hoo! That is great!0 -
I did 2 pull ups last night ---- was never able to do a pull up before0
-
Worked on my treadmill desk for 3 full days this week0
-
Went through my closet, going to donate all of my summer clothes. ALL of my summer clothes that I bought this past May no longer fit (I'm about 2 sizes smaller).0
-
Wearing skinny jeans tucked in my tall boots, last year the boots would hardly zip up without jeans:glasses:0

1# I actually tried this thing at the gym called an Atlantis Knee Raises ( you hold bodyweight up while doing knee raises). I was sure I wouldn't be able to do them and ended up doing 3 sets of 10. You really feel them later in your abs. LOL
2# I did manage to start across some monkey bars at the park though still didn't make it very far.
3# I did try the Jacob's Ladder machine in the corner of the gym yesterday. LOL. I only made it 2 minutes but at least I tried.
4# Regular towels fit around me now instead of the bath sheets.
5# My 12's are getting lose so back to belts ( don't like this one) LOL0 -
Just picked up my Race Packet for my 1st 5K since surgery and I can't wait!0

Too numerous to post after having lost 117 lbs in exactly 11 months today. I do enjoy reading others victories though.0
-
I wore a pair of "goal pants" yesterday. They are a tiiiny bit tight, but not indecent, and way better than the ones I was wearing that slip down several inches as I walk...0
-
I've been off the wagon again, so today, I decided Why Not Now and dumped out my fountain drink and filled the cup with water. Bye Empty Calories.0
-
Actually finished the whole 60 minute cardio video last night!0
-
My fairly new 16Ws are gaping at the waist and I just washed them!0
-
I have been wanting to binge for two days and I kept myself from doing so. My mind felt like it was ready to combust O.O Yay for not eating 2 days worth of calories!0
-
Last time I owned Levi's they were a size 14. Today I bought new Levi's in a size 4...and my formerly flat tush looks a little less flat these days! Profile pic added by request lol0

Don't make fun but...
I can touch my toes AND put 1/2 my hand on the floor!
I was never a flexible person, and until this week I couldn't touch my toes without straining a ridiculous amount. I could never hold it for more than a second. As of today, I can put all my fingers and the top part of my palm on the floor, AND STAY THERE!! :happy:0 -
Made "healthy" BMI today! WOOT!0
-
My double chin has beat a retreat. It's the last fat I gained, and miraculously, seems to be the first fat I lost.0
-
A friend at work stopped by my desk and left these for me! Win!

Ran for the first time in two months and kept up with some Air Force "kids" for 3 laps around the track.0
-
I got out of bed0

I'm wearing my old size 6 pants for the first time in 2 years--and...they have a wee bit of breathing room, too. YAY! Also, I celebrated by having a completely moderate, modest dose of pizza tonight (1/6 of the pizza vs. 1/2). That's another NSV in itself--self control and the ability to stop when I'm truly "full enough" when faced with yummy goodness.0

Yesterday I tried on a couple large shirts and they were too big. I ended up buying a large shirt in a different brand, but still consider it a victory because I use to wear 2X. Earlier this week I made it to Onederland  Also, on the pull up machine today I was able to pull 113lbs of my body weight.0

Great job you guys!!! WTG!!
I bought a pair of size 29 skinny jeans this week! I wore them today and looked pretty darned good!! I can't remember ever having a pair of jeans that weren't 30somethings!, woot-woot!0 -
I ran for 20 minutes. Slowly, but I did it.
Dropped half an inch each from my waist, chest, and hips.
New clothes and the confidence to match! Not used to the attention/compliments, but I like it.0 -
My resting heart rate has gone down, and I worked out for 30-45 minutes every day this week0
-
I could put on my gym shoes and lace them up while sitting in the drivers seat of my car. I'm 6'3 and have a decent stomach so I was surprised at the time.0
-
I have never posted before....... I am finally down 20 pounds. First time in my life that I consistently lost weight to get to 20 pounds! 9 weeks in and I'm oober excited!!!0
