I was having similar problems and even episodes where I would actually pass out. I found out that I had extremely low iron levels. My doctor put me on over the counter iron supplements and I haven't had so much as a head rush since.

Thanks everyone!! I'm going to try loosing my laces. My boss actually told me that when she used to run long distances she would skip the bottom holes when lacing her shoes to keep her toes from going numb. Hopefully this helps because I just bought these shoes!!

My tried and true hangover breakfast is an egg sandwich. whatever type of egg you like, on whole grain toast with a little cheese..yum! It fills me up and isn't awful diet-wise. Pair it with some strong coffee and a couple advil and you'll be good to go!!

Thanks for the suggestions and encouragement! I have been doing the pureed veggies which has been pretty successful. I'm just always looking for new ideas and recipes to change it up a little! Definitely going to try the lettuce wraps!

Uggh!! 144lbs.!! Week 6 and I am up 4 pounds! What is going on??? I know I haven't been exercising as much but, seriously?! I am hoping and praying it is just extra water and in the next couple days it goes away

Ok...My weight this week is 142. Up two pounds but I sorta expected it since I have spent the last 4 days partying in Las Vegas:drinker: Hopefully, by next weigh in I'll be back where I want to be!

I use the food processor to "hide" veggies in TONS of food.. My kids never even realize what's in there and I think it really adds to the flavor of the food. You can hide cauliflower or zucchini in pretty much anything. I put pureed cauliflower in tuna salad and use just a little mayo. I even put spinach and carrots in…

I Love the 30 Day shred. You do need light hand weights, but you can get a good workout without them. I actually have to do some of the exercises without the weights because I have chronic neck and shoulder problems. In the video they use mats but I don't use one since my living room is carpeted. 141 lbs as of this morning! but, I have been sick with a cold for the last 4 days and not eating a whole lot, so we'll see if it bounces back up next week. I sure hope not!!

I cook oatmeal with raisins almost every morning for my kids. It is really tasty without adding all the sugar and junk of the "instant packs" marketed for kids. I'll have to try it with an apple for a change of pace!! Thanks for the tip.

Well, I did it. I did level 1 of the shred during naptime and level 2 after I put the kids to bed last night. I'm not as sore as I thought I would be! Psyching myself up to do it again today! Bring it on!! Thanks for the encouragement!!

I have decided to really bust my but this week and next week, (I'm on Christmas break) and shred 2 times a day. I did the first level this afternoon when the kids were napping and am about to do the second level in a couple minutes. May God have mercy on my soul!!:laugh: We'll see how I feel in the morning!!
