As far as my experience, I have been doing personal training, bodybuilding competitions and powerlifting competitions since 1991. Also, since I am full-time Army National Guard, I also help overweight soldiers lose weight and improve their Physical training scores. I also have 10 clients that I work with on a daily basis at Anytime Fitness.
