30 Day Shred?

I just ordered Jillian Michaels 30 Shred DVD. I was wondering if anyone knew if the workouts require any equipment (weights, mat, etc). I just want to make sure that I'm fully prepared for the routines. Thanks.

    You will need hand weights. i would say 3 to 5lbs.

    I use two 5lb dumbells. That is all you really need. The mat would be more for your comfort.

    I Love the 30 Day shred. You do need light hand weights, but you can get a good workout without them. I actually have to do some of the exercises without the weights because I have chronic neck and shoulder problems.
    In the video they use mats but I don't use one since my living room is carpeted.

    All you need is 3-5 lbs hand weights and a mat ( if you have hard floors).
