Wow so many mean people. Thank you to the people who actually tried to help. I didnt say it was happening within the last few days, this is a problem that has gone on for a couple years. So looking at my diary now will tell you nothing.

I get so weak that I feel that I will pass out :-/ It's very intense. I do usually only have whole wheat.

Hello! I started at 172, now at 138. My goal is 130-132, though I would like to get into the 120's. In the last week I have been craving everything under the sun, and caving to eat it. I have been fighting these last pounds. I'm going to try insanity again. But if someone has a good way to do it, i would love to hear :-/

This is why I weigh everything! I love using the scale, I find its the most accurate. Do it for chips also.

Maybe you could look at what he wants to make for dinner, and then figure out a low calorie option. Fried chicken? Try it baked (I crush ritz on it to make it feel like crispy). Pizza? Get low calorie cheese, and make yours on lite English muffins.

My fave healthy snack is that I will get plain greek yogurt and mic in a packet of onion dip. I love red peppers dipped in it. I can eat a bit without feeling guilty, and it fills me up!

I don't know what you should do, but I can tell you what I plan on doing. I will still keep track for a little while, just to make sure I don't go crazy, but eat 1700 calories a day instead of 1300. If my weight changes too much, then I will decrease it, but I will see what amount my body can handle without gaining too…

Mix it up...do a different excersize. If you still want to run, run a few minutes, then do 30 seconds as fast as you can, then go back to your normal pace. Do it as many times as you can. I started doing that when running, and it helped get rid of some stubborn belly fat :)

I feel like I'm reading my story here. I work at an amusement park on the weekends, and eating healthy is so hard. What I do, is making my breakfast and lunch really healthy, then get what I want for dinner. This summer I gained about 5 lbs back, I've only lost 3 lbs of that. I have 10 lbs to go! Feel free to add me :)

It is the best feeling in the world! Way to go! I have a pair of shorts that I kept trying on, they finally fit and buttoned this summer. I think I actually jumped for joy lol.

Tell her to get off her high horse and deal with it. I would report harrassment to the gym. I would also show up to every spin class shes in and sit right next to her.

It depends how much under...yes is important to still get your calories in, and not skip a meal. I try to eat 1300, but sometimes might eat 1200. It's still plenty of calories for me, but its obviously under. I also never skip a meal, so I know my metabolism is going all day.

Thanks everyone! I have been having 1 every so often. I am happy that it does fill me up for a few hours. But my favorite breakfast that I keep going back to is egg beaters and a light english muffin. yummmmm :)

I'm also 5'6 and 140 lbs (I started 30 lbs heavier)...and I by no means think I'm fat! Neither does my boyfriend who is a personal trainer. You boyfriend is their to support you, or at least he's supposed to be. If your happy with the way you are, then he should be. Him calling you names like that is abuse, get out of…
