Hi guys,
I had an older MFP account but I deleted it and created a new one to mark a change to my lifestyle. I hope to finally reach my last 20 pounds of my goal to reaching my ideal weight.
It's a pleasure to meet you guys! I hope I can meet some of you! Feel free to add me (if you want, you don't have to!). I'd love to meet new people that have share similar goals to improve their health and lifestyle.

Hi. I also, had an older account (2009) that I never used.
My goal weight is 14 lbs to go, so we are in the same ballpark.
I started this, seriously, 18 days ago.
Learning, hugely, where I need to make changes.
The first week was...hhmmm an eye opener, with the numbers.
But since then, I have "got it" and made some drastic changes.
Mainly drinking 8 glasses of water a day, eating three small meals a day and yet saving a little room for my wine.
Don't know your age or if you exercise but be careful. I believe i have an ankle (minor) stress fracture below my ankle from overdoing the treadmill too fast/too quick. I am 55.
