You are not eating enough. You only broke 1200 calories one day and that is the bare minimum. Eat more.

About 1.5 cups. I eat a bit less if I'm eating it with brown rice. I also don't use as much oil, but I use olive oil and not vegetable oil.

I like fajitas without the tortillas, sour cream or cheese. Basically, sauteed chicken, steak or shrimp, peppers and a side of beans, rice and guacamole.

I'm at Planet Fitness too and have sore right knee. I prefer the elliptical and the bike (not the one that's upright, where your legs extend up and down, but the one where your legs go out and in) I feel it doesn't strain my knee has much. Also be careful with squats and lunges. Don't go too deep.

I'm in! I started it November 1, but I'm working at a slower pace than most. I don't do the workout everyday, but every other day. I'm doing level 1 three more times before moving on to level 2. Good luck!

Good job! I've done about 7 days of level 1. I want to wait until I can do the whole workout once with no break or stopping before I move on to level 2.

Day 2 done. I had to take 3 days rest to recover from day 1. I was so sore and stiff!! But I did notice that today was somewhat easier. I didn't have to take too many breaks. BTW, how are you guys entering the workout into the exercise logs?

That sounds really good. Two questions: 1) What kind of apples would be best? Pink lady are my favorite to snack on because they're not too sweet, not too tart, and the perfect texture. 2) Could I use maple and brown sugar flavored oatmeal?

It's sooooo good!! It's creamy and rich and thick and not as sweet. It's got a hint of tartness that I really enjoy. I don't get the plain greek yogurt. I've had an issue with this same multivitamin but I took the one-a-day weight control pill. I took it with food and a full glass of water, and my stomach would kill me! I just don't take them anymore.

After my W3D2 run Friday, I decided to add some squats and lunges to tone my thighs. I stretched thoroughly, but my legs got soooooooo tight!! So I have to hold off until today hopefully. I can do day 3.
